A Week of Constructive Consideration

How are you all feeling after our Libra Full Moon weekend?

This one landed heavily for me—viscerally. I was reminded, with striking clarity, how the full moon of a season can pull us into the energy of its opposite sign, illuminating what we’ve been neglecting and what we truly need to refill our cup.

I’ve been deep in a purge cycle lately—tearing things apart to shift the energy, clearing yard debris, and diving into hands-on tasks that ground and reset me. But then Saturday night arrived, and the full moon washed over everything. I hit a wall.

During my full moon journey and reflections the next morning, it became clear: this day was not one for doing. It was a day for stillness. What I needed most wasn’t more effort or output—it was inwardness. A break from saying yes. A break from sleeves-rolled-up action-taking. I needed space to rest, to let my mind play with new and whimsical design tools (hello Libra flavor), and to begin digesting the emotional weight I’ve been carrying—especially from the many roles I’ve taken on in support of others lately.

This year, nourishing my Libra energy has been about cultivating balance—but not the smooth, surface-level kind. Real balance, the kind that includes tension and boundary. I’ve had to recognize the ways I overextend myself in the name of harmony. I’ve started asking for support instead of silently shouldering it all. Can you hear the quiet, steady “no” underneath my words? It’s getting louder—and stronger.

We all experience zodiac signs through different lenses. For some, this Libra Full Moon may have sparked a need to tend to relationships more conscientiously, to have courageous conversations about fairness and reciprocity. For others, it may have asked for deeper awareness around the subtle imbalances we tolerate.

For me, it highlighted how often I let my own needs fall to the background in favor of loving peaceful atmospheres—being a Libra moon. Over the past few days, I’ve made an intentional effort to soften and receive. And what’s flowed in has been incredible.

The Universe responded.

Support showed up in quiet, powerful ways—especially from my neighbors, who have stepped up in response to an unsettling situation I’ve been navigating. A man in a car has been following me on dog walks—yes, possibly a stalker. It’s been deeply uncomfortable.

But my community? They’ve shown up. One neighbor gave me a keychain mace. Another walked me to my door when the car was behind me. Several now watch over me when I’m outside, sharing photos of the car and driver in our neighborhood chat. My husband joins me on evening walks now, and in the mornings, I’ve started taking the pups to my parents’ neighborhood. A few days ago, I turned to face the car and snapped a photo of both it and the driver. I haven’t seen him since.

Fingers crossed.

This full moon taught me something crucial: when you make space for reciprocity—when you honor your “no” and allow others in—support can arrive in ways you never expected. Libra’s lesson is that balance isn't just about peacekeeping. It’s about honoring your worth, recognizing your needs, and letting others rise to meet you.

In the Stars This Week

An End To Aries Season

By tomorrow, we’ll begin emerging from the reflective pull of the Full Moon and re-enter the energizing current of Aries’ bold, action-oriented drive. But this stretch between the Full Moon and the Last Quarter Moon (Saturday evening) carries a distinct tone. Having touched Aries’ opposite—Libra—we return to Aries Season with more balance, more self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of what actually makes this fiery season feel aligned.

There’s a subtle maturity in the air now. The urgency and ambition of Aries remain, but it’s tempered by wisdom. We’re not just charging forward—we're choosing a direction rooted in passion, authenticity, and purpose. There’s still elbow grease and assertiveness, but it comes with a sense of intention: Why are we doing what we’re doing? What lights us up from the inside out?

Through Saturday afternoon, as Aries Season carries us toward its close, this is the time to finish clearing out what no longer fits. Release the baggage—literal and energetic—that clutters your space or dampens your instinct. Clean. Purge. Let go.

But don’t just act impulsively. Instead, act intentionally on impulse. Let your gut guide you, but filter it through the clarity and equilibrium that Libra just offered. Trust that you’ve gained a more refined inner compass—one rooted in balance, fairness, and truth. Now, you’re ready to move with purpose.

Mercury Moves to Aries

Mercury has been slowly wading through the murky waters of its post-retrograde shadow, and many of us have likely felt the drag—communication misfires, sluggish thoughts, and a general sense that things aren’t quite syncing up. While we’re not yet at full speed (and won’t be until later in April), Mercury's shift into Aries by Wednesday morning brings a welcome burst of momentum. A little spark returns to our step.

That said, we’re still in Mercury’s post-shadow phase, and with Aries' fiery edge, there’s potential for communication to get a little sharp—or sloppy. It’s a cosmic cocktail of fuzzy-headed impulsivity: Mercury still a bit dazed from Pisces’ dreamscape, now charged with Aries' confrontational energy. So, tread lightly. Think before speaking. Watch the tone, both yours and others’. Don't take passing comments too personally.

On the bright side, this is an ideal moment to mentally declutter. Clear out the cobwebs of self-doubt, obsessive thinking, or outdated stories you’ve been telling yourself. Let go of mental loops that dull your vitality. Aries energy wants you to feel alive—and that starts with your thoughts and the words you choose to narrate your experience.

Give your mind a reset. Choose clarity over chaos. Speak from aliveness.

Mars Moves to Leo

This is a big one. Thanks to the recent Mars retrograde, the planet of action—and ruler of Aries Season—has been lingering in Cancer’s emotional, security-driven terrain on and off since September. Though Mars officially stationed direct back in February, it moves slowly as it emerges from retrograde shadow. And with Mars, this isn't just a return to motion—it's a reorientation of will, drive, and direction.

We’ve been in the midst of a collective Mars Hero’s Journey—grappling with the realization that something fundamental has felt off. Whether on a personal or global scale, we’re being asked to reimagine how we build and protect foundations, and how we assert ourselves with more care, depth, and soul. It’s no surprise that as this theme unfolds, larger societal dynamics—like those surrounding the Trump administration’s Project 2025—are echoing distorted visions of “tradition,” “home,” and “family.” The astrology suggests we’re only at the beginning of an ongoing reckoning with these concepts, especially for those who lead from or live within a more masculine energetic mode.

As Mars prepares to finally leave Cancer and step into Leo, it marks a pivotal turning point—not just for the planet, but for all of us.

In Cancer, we've been incubating something—consciously or not. We’ve been learning to take meaningful, sometimes quiet action to feel more secure, more emotionally nourished, more rooted. But Cancer is a cave, and the phase of the journey has been in more mystical spaces. As Mars crosses into Leo, we begin to exit the womb space of inner restructuring and step toward the expressive, bold, and creative phase of the journey.

Expect the fighting spirit to stir. Bold leadership, courageous creativity, and an inner drive to express your why will begin to rise. It may start subtly—an urge to pull yourself together, to take your own life more seriously, to prepare for something more aligned and soul-driven. In storytelling, this is the moment when the protagonist begins to reassemble themselves: think Johnny Lawrence in Cobra Kai, cleaning up his home (and life), or Ryan Gosling in The Fall Guy, finally taking the wheel after losing himself.

We’re not fully there yet—but with Mars in Leo, the push begins. The call to act differently is coming. Are you ready?

Taurus Season

Saturnday afternoon welcomes us to Taurus Season. A new stage of spring arrives where we slow down, connect to life more sensitively, and allow embodiment and our five earthly senses to lead the way. What are our preferences? What feels good, looks good, tastes good, smells good, and sounds good? How are you connected to your voice and its origins from deep in your belly? What do you value, covet, and adore? How does this reflect ways in which you are being valued and cultivating value in life?

Slow down to smell the roses this weekend. Dance in the rain. Indulge in the matter of life. Tend to and mold life with your particular lens of beauty. I’ll be back next week with more Taurus Season inspiration.

XO,

Allie
